In February 1997, the predecessor of Jarder Company, "Huaning Trading Co., Ltd of Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone" was founded. Founding of Jarder’s Predecessor

1997

The company changed its name to Ningbo Carstech Manufacturing Group. In 2007, and the former Sinochem Ningbo Outdoor Products Department was merged into the company, thus forming a business pattern that mainly exports auto products, garden tools, camping products and outdoor products.

In the same year, the company set up an outdoor product design team and started the global patent protection Strategy of products.

2009

Represented by two hot sale products, Jarder's outdoor product series entered the mainstream markets in Europe and America

In 2009, two hot sale products, Orbit Rocking Chair and Dream Chair, successively entered the mainstream markets in Europe and the United States, and has seen a ten-year hot selling process, which laid the foundation for Jarder's business philosophy of taking design drive as its core competitiveness.

2010

Renamed as Ningbo Jarder Outdoor Products Co., Ltd.

In 2010, with the export of outdoor products gradually becoming the company's main business, the company was renamed as Jarder Outdoor Ningbo Co., Ltd

The company's original design products have achieved remarkable results in terms of global patent protection strategy. This strengthens the commitment of Jarder People to the road of original design even more.

2011

Creation of JARDER Brand

In 2011, the brand of JARDER was created. With "INNOVATION, QUALITY, SERVICE" as the core management values, it has laid the foundation for the "design + brand driven" strategy.

2017

Shareholding reform released vigor of entrepreneurship and innovation

In December 2017, under the conduct of Ninhua Group, the company completed the shareholding system reform, marking Jarder’s entry of the era of partnership.

2018

Founding of Minghuang R&D and Production Base

In March 2018, Jarder invested in the Ningbo Minghuang Home Furnishing Co., Ltd,, which became its product research and development center and production base.

2020

The company was renamed as Jarder Home, clarifying the "Design + Brand Driven" Strategy and Multi-category Strategy

In 2020, the company was renamed as Jarder Home Ningbo Co., Ltd, breaking from the single category of outdoor products for implementing multi-category strategy; with the establishment of Jarder Industrial Design Ningbo Co.,Ltd., the JARDER brand was upgraded, and the "design + brand driven" strategy was clarified.
